    Set in an outstanding position above its own terraced gardens, the Glenburn, which has undergone major refurbishment work through 2016/17, enjoys a superb panorama across the waters of Rothesay Bay to the Cowal Peninsula.
    The town’s shops, harbour and medieval castle ruins are a short pleasant walk along the palm fringed promenade. Step inside the hotel and you’ll be greeted by an air of elegance and comfort which will immediately put you at ease.     On our scenic drive we will pass through Kilchattan Bay and pretty fishing village that sits on the edge of it. We will also pass lovely slate and stone houses and an impressive yachting marina on our way through Port Bannatyne on the way back to the hotel.
