Days Two and Three: Bournemouth
One of our days in Bournemouth is scheduled to be used to take an excursion to Southampton. The city is full of historical places such as the City Walls and the Bargate, the medieval gatehouse. Being a port city there is of course a nautical feel to some attractions with the Maritime Museum and Medieval Merchants House exhibit the city’s seafaring history. We’ll also visit the town of Lyndhurst, known as ‘The Capital of the New Forest’ on our return journey to Bournemouth.
The other day will be yours to enjoy at leisure. Bournemouth has an array of attractions and shops, for those looking to go a little further, train connections to the Isle of Purbeck and the New Forest leave from Bournemouth station which is just a short walk from our hotel. (B,D)

Day Four: Bournemouth to Home
We’ll begin our return journey today, making our way back to the interchange and then continuing home. (B)
