Dubrovnik Sightseeing Tour
Dubrovnik is a truly stunning city, with an exceptional coastline and views out over the Adriatic Sea, plus historic architecture and attractions. In addition to this, the city enjoys a lively culture that makes it a superb place to stay.
We’ll take a guided walking tour of the city to find out more about its impressive heritage, and so we’ll be able to see some of its best landmarks. These include the beautifully preserved city walls, which date from the 7th century, as well as the Old Town, Rector's Palace, St. Saviour Church and much more.
En Route: Plitvice National Park
For stunning Croatian landscape, there’s no better place than Plitvice National Park. We’ll journey through this national park when travelling to Zagreb, and will get the benefit of an experienced guide. As we’re driving through the marvellous landscape, our guide will be able to impart knowledge of the local area to aid us in understanding this unique location.
En Route: Trogir
While we’re travelling from Split to Zadar, we’ll journey through Trogir, which sits on the Dalmatian coast and has a UNESCO centre. The town dates from ancient times, having first been founded in 3rd century BC by the Greeks, and it still maintains much of its history. This includes Kamerlengo Castle, the city gate, and a number of palaces.
Full Day: Montenegro Tour
We’ll tour two of Montenegro’s best locations during this excursion, which will see us travelling to the town of Kotor, then on to the town of Budva. Kotor is filled with history, thanks to its excellently persevered fortifications which were built during Venetian times. When we visit, we’ll be able to learn more about this past, while touring the town’s best sights.
Our next calling point will be the lovely coastal town of Budva, which is famous for its excellent beaches and Mediterranean architecture. It’s one of the oldest towns on the Adriatic coast.
Split Walking Tour
Split is filled with amazing sights, and we’ll get to admire many of them during our optional walking tour of the city. This city enjoys a fascinating heritage which we’ll get to explore during our visit, which will take us through Split’s most popular areas so we can see the sights and marvel at the attractive architecture.
Three Islands Boat Trip
We’ll take an excellent three islands boat trip while we’re in Dubrovnik, which will take in the lovely Elaphiti Islands off the coast of the city. These beautiful islands feature stunning landscapes and are wonderful to admire, ensuring we have an enticing excursion.
Zadar Walking Tour
Zadar, with its assortment of intriguing Roman ruins, medieval architecture and cosmopolitan culture is an amazing place to stay, and we’ll get to take an optional walking tour of the area in order to find out more about its history.
Zagreb City Tour
In Zagreb, we’ll find a perfect marrying of eastern and western Europe. The capital of Croatia, the city enjoys a bustling, pulsing atmosphere that makes it absolutely addictive, and there’s honestly something for everyone here. We’ll take a tour of the city to learn all about its history, and to find out about its most popular areas.
