Day One – Depart UK
Fly from your local airport to Malaga and transfer to your chosen hotel.
Day Two to Day Seven - Benalmadena
For the remainder of the week, enjoy your stay in Benalmadena as you wish. Relax by the beach or by the pool in your hotel, walk along the long promenade. Visit the marina, home to vast numbers of yachts and boats. There are also a number of companies offering trips out to sea from the marina. You can book on some optional excursions in resort to many of the region’s most popular destinations. Visit Arroyo de la Miel, slightly away from the coast to experience some typically Spanish delicacies at the regular markets or in one of the small tapas cafes and restaurants. (B)
Day eight – Return to UK
Your return transfer will take you to Malaga airport for your return flight to the UK. (B)
Hotel Ibersol Alay
Located only 50m from the beach this hotel is in an enviable location in Benalmadena. Puerto Marina with its many shops, bars and restaurants is located across the road. It offers two outdoor swimming pools in nice landscaped gardens.
A fantastic town and famous for the Great Mosque of Cordoba, the Mezquita, and the symbol of the city. Wander the narrow alleys and streets of the old town discovering squares and whitewashed courtyards.
One of the most unique destinations in the Mediterranean and famous for the rock and the monkeys that make it their home. Why not visit a network of WWII tunnels which can be visite don a guided tour.
Granada is located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is famous for the Alhambra Palace, an iconic monument that must be visited.
Ronda is famous worldwide for the magnificent El Tajo gorge that runs through the town. Impressive views can be seen from the Purneto Nuevo (New Bridge) which spans the gorge. The old town retains much of its old, historic charm.
See the city’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Alcazar, the Cathedral, and the General Archive of the Indies. Be amazed by the expansive Plaza de Espana, and soak up the bustling atmosphere this city is so well-known for.
