Excursion to Durham

We enjoy an excursion to the historical city of Durham whose dramatic skyline is dominated by the stunning cathedral and castle UNESCO World Heritage Site.

From the moment you first spot the iconic Tyne Bridge until you leave, you won't run out of things to see and do while you're in the fantastic city of Newcastle. Whether you want to enjoy some retail therapy at the boutique shops of the Central Arcade or you fancy taking in some history at the remains of the Castle there's something for everyone. There's also the great museums spread across the city including the Great North Museum and University Galleries, after all that why not sample one of the many pubs the city is famous for?
