We make our way to Luxembourg, where we enjoy free time to explore the city of Luxembourg. This excellent destination was influenced by bordering France and Germany and boasts a pretty old town, perched high above the green gorges winding down around it.

    boats at Lake Titisee
    Full Day: Freiburg and Titisee

We travel to the old town of Freiburg, known as the gateway to the southern Black Forest and home to the magnificent 'Muster', a dark red sandstone Cathedral, as well as a beautifully preserved Old Town. We continue our journey as we venture onto Titisee with its natural drinking water reservoir and nature reserve with its picturesque waterfront promenade. Titisee is also famous for making the world renowned Hones cuckoo clocks.

    Rottweil city centre
    Full Day: Triberg and Rottweil

At the heart of the Black Forest, today we will visit charming Triberg, famous for Germany’s highest waterfall and the Black Forest Museum. We continue on to call at quaint Rottweil, where the medieval buildings, towers and bridges, give the town a character little changed since the 16th century.

Strasbourg is the ultimate European city. It has flavours of both France and Germany, and sits right on the border of the two countries. Its picturesque 'La Petite France' neighbourhood looks like something straight out of a fairy-tale book.
