    Lloret de Mar is one of the biggest and liveliest resorts on the Costa Brava, with an abundance of fantastic bars and a host of immaculately stunning beaches.  The city boasts over four miles of coastline including hidden coves in which you can generally escape the crowds.

    Lloret de Mar dates back to the 3rd century BC so needless to say it is also very rich in history.  From the maritime Museum just off the seafront promenade and the iconic Castle of Sant  Joan, there are varied choices. And if you’re a golf lover, there are also many golf courses available.  

    The area's main attraction remains the handful of excellent beaches and the warm temperatures that make it so popular with tourists. However, there are plenty of other things to do when staying in Lloret De Mar. Walk the narrow streets of the Old Town and enjoy wonderful sites such as Can Xardo and Can Comadran, or you can take enjoy water sports activates on the Mediterranean.

    Visitors can also explore the historical remains of Iberian and Roman civilisations and discover landmarks including the Santa Cotilde Gardens, the Sant Joan’s Castle and the Church of Sant Roma.
