Ghent offers the opportunity to discover important buildings from the middle-ages including the  St Bavon Cathedral, which features architectural elements of Gothic and Romanesque styles and is home of the famous “Mystic Lamb” painting. Visitors can enjoy a good view of the city from the top of the Cathedral's tower. Other attractions include St-Baafskathedraal, Grasburg bridge, Roeland Bell, the Unesco-listed 14th century Belfort, and the town’s splendid Cloth Hall.  And if you’re into art, Graffiti is positively encouraged as an art form, so make sure you look out for it in Ghent’s narrow streets.
