Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi
Welcome to Hanoi, known for its graceful colonial architecture and ancient temples. After your hotel transfer, explore on your own.
Day 2: Hanoi
Morning tour of Hanoi, then afternoon rickshaw ride in the Old Quarter, followed by a traditional water puppet show. (B)
Day 3: Hanoi to Halong Bay
After breakfast, depart Hanoi for a scenic coach ride to renowned Ha Long Bay. Set sail to discover the Bay’s magnificent scenery. (B,L,D)
Day 4: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Siem
Reap After morning scenic cruising, disembark for the short flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia, gateway to Angkor, one of the most prominent archaeological sites in South East Asia. (B,L,D)
Day 5: Siem Reap
Enjoy a tour of Angkor Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the afternoon, visit the iconic Angkor Wat. (B,D)
Day 6: Siem Reap
This morning, travel through rural countryside to the pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srei then visit Ta Prohm. (B)
Day 7: Siem Reap to Tonle Sap Lake
Welcome aboard your luxurious vessel, moored at Tonle Sap Lake, known for its profuse bird life and tranquil fishing villages. (B,L,D)
Day 9: Chong Koh to Phnom Penh
This morning, you depart for Phnom Penh where you will enjoy a walking tour. Dinner is followed by a special Khmer folk performance. (B,L,D)
Day 10: Phnom Penh
Visit the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda and National Museum then see the infamous Killing Fields and Tuol Sleng detention centre, now a Genocide Museum. (B,L,D)
Day 11: Phnom Penh to Tan Chau
Cruising the Mekong into Vietnam. (B,L,D)
Day 12: Tan Chau to Sa Dec
After breakfast, transfer to small boats to explore the narrow river channels, visit a catfish farm and rattan mat and slipper-making workshop. (B,L,D)
Day 13: Sa Dec – Xeo Quyt – Cai Be
Board a local boat for Sa Dec and visit Fujian Temple. After lunch, local boat ride to Cai Be’s spectacular floating market. (B,L,D)
Day 14: Disembark in Ho Chi Minh City
Upon arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, enjoy a tour including the former Presidential Palace, Central Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral. (B,L)
Day 15: Ho Chi Minh City
Today, explore Ho Chi Minh City at your leisure.(B)
Day 16: Depart Ho Chi Minh City
Transfer to the airport for your flight. (B)
