5 days in Brussels and Three Cities only £187 per person
Brussels is a truly cosmopolitan city whose Grand Place is thought to be one of the most beautiful squares in Europe with an extravagant gothic town hall. The city’s best known landmark is the famous Manneken-Pis staute.
It is an ideal base from which to explore some of Belgium’s favourite cities such as Bruges, Ypres and Ghent.
Included Excursions...
Full Day Bruges
We travel to Bruges, considered to be one of the most perfectly preserved medieval cities in Europe. With tree-lined canals crossed by humpback bridges, cobbled streets and alleys lined with gabled houses it is a delightful city to explore.
Half Day Ypres
We visit the historic border town of Ypres, where the gigantic cloth hall overlooks the market square. It is probably best known as scene of some of the most dramatic battles of World War I and the Menin Gate, dedicated to the brave soldiers who perished with no known graves.
Half day Ghent
We enjoy a visit to the charming city of Ghent, comprising a mixture of French and Flemish, often referred to as the historic heart of Flanders. As medieval Europe’s largest city after Paris it has successfully managed to combine an impressive past with a vivid present. Explore the narrow alleys and low brick houses.
Optional Excursions...
