What Information Will I Need To Provide?

You’ll need to tell us the postcode and full address of your pickup location, along with any special instructions to help our driver find you.  You’ll also need to provide a contact number in case our driver needs to call you on the day.  We will give you a 30 minute pickup time window when you book so you know when to expect us.

What Happens On My Departure Day?

You can relax in the comfort of your home until our driver rings your doorbell.  Please have your cases packed and be ready to depart by the departure time we’ve given you.  This will help us to avoid delays and ensure that you meet the coach in good time.

Will I Travel Alone?

Depending on the number and location of Home Connect customers on your departure day we may need to stop at other local addresses before taking you to join your coach.  However, we will always try to ensure that the number of stops is kept to a minimum to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.

 

Where Will I Meet My Coach for Holidays?

We will take you to meet your tour coach at a suitable motorway service area or at one of our very own interchanges.  We will tell you where when you book. For customers from the North East on a southbound holiday we will take you to meet a transfer coach for onward travel to Normanton Interchange.

 

For customers taking a European Holiday we will take you to meet your tour coach at a suitable motorway service area or at one of our very own interchanges.  We will tell you where when you book. We will always try to ensure that this location is the last pick up point for the coach before you head straight to Hythe Stop 24 to join your tour coach and fellow travellers.
