Headline: API Information
Date: 11th April 2011

Please note that, to comply with government guidelines, all Shearings holiday bookings that include flight travel require Advance Passenger Information (API).

This information should be taken at the time of booking, and passed to Shearings Holidays. If this is not possible, it is the agent’s responsibility to contact the customer for the required information and pass it to Shearings in good time.

If Shearings do not receive the API we will be unable to issue travel documents, which could lead to refusal of boarding.

Headline: New log-in procedures
Date: 17th February 2011

The log in procedure has now changed slightly.

When logging in you will no longer be asked for your email address.  This means that you will not be sent the email confirmation on the completion of your booking.

The confirmation is displayed once you have made the booking. 

We recommend that you print the confirmation at this stage.

We will be adding the option of adding your email back onto the site soon.
