From our base in the charming village of Strathpeffer, we tour the beautiful Spey Valley with delightful Highland towns to explore, as well as the mysterious Black Isle.

Included Excursions

Full day: pey Valley and Tomatin Distillery: We’re heading off to the beautiful Spey Valley on a scenic drive which takes us first to the Tomatin Distillery for a tasting, then we go on to Aviemore and the interesting Speyside Heather Centre, an award-winning visitor attraction, where hundreds of varieties of heather are grown. It’s then back to the hotel, returning via the traditional Highland town of Grantown-on-Spey.

Half day: Black Isle: The mysterious Black Isle is where we’re off to today, calling in at quaint Fortrose, which overlooks the Moray Firth and Cromarty, the Highlands’ best-preserved historic town. With endless beautiful landscapes, this is a really enjoyable excursion to an undiscovered corner of Scotland.
