The MPS Rotterdam is our flagship vessel chartered exclusively by Shearings since 2009. A beautifully designed traditional 4-deck ship, on board you will find soft furnishings in rich colours and dark cherry tones providing an air of elegance. The MPS Rotterdam has deservedly become a firm favourite with our customers, so early booking is strongly recommended.

Life on board

Adjusting to your new surroundings will be easy... the relaxed nature of our cruises and the attentive service provided by our staff means life on board is a sheer joy.

The Rotterdam has the perfect mix of style, comfort and fantastic facilities, with four enticing decks to explore. Venture to the Promenade Deck, home to the chic and elegant central reception, on-board boutique and a number of twin cabins. The Lounge Deck is where you'll discover the restaurant where you'll sample delightful delicacies. It's also where you'll the bar and stylish lounge with panoramic views to capture the stunning scenery as you sail, as well as live music for you to enjoy twice a week. The partially-covered Sun Deck offers the perefect place to watch the picturesque scenery serenely drift by. No matter how you decide to spend your time on board the Rotterdam, one thing's for sure, you're in for a truly magical experience.

Cabins

When you’re on holiday it’s nice to have those creature comforts, so we’re delighted to showcase our selection of cabins offering multi-channel satelite TV, telephone, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating. All cabins are fitted with private bathroom facilities, including a shower and toilet. Most cabins have a dressing table.

Grade C+ Superior Twin cabins are more spacious, approximately 18m2, and are situated on the Main Deck. Grade B+ Superior Twin cabins are approximately sized 14m2 and feature sliding windows. Grade A Double and twin cabins are situated towards the top of the ship offering even bettter views.

If you're an earlier riser you can enjoy free tea and coffee in the lounge. Why not relax at the bar or in the comfortable lounge area, sip a cooling drink and observe the waterways and it’s spectacular surroundings...
