Holiday Details

Day 1: Home to Dublin

We make our way to Holyhead for our mid-afternoon sailing to Ireland. Upon arrival in Dublin, we make our way to the Ardmore Hotel for our overnight stay. We enjoy evening entertainment tonight as well as a complimentary glass of wine or beer with dinner.

Day 2: Dublin to Killarney via Cashel

After a morning in Dublin where you can choose to join our optional guided city tour, or simply take in some of the sights at leisure, we journey through Portlaise en route to the medieval town of Cashel, home to the iconic Rock of Cashel. After a short stop, we continue on to Killarney, where we settle in for four nights at the welcoming Eviston House Hotel. This special family-run hotel is at the heart of the town and has great entertainment every evening for you to enjoy in the popular Danny Mann Lounge.

Day 3: The Ring of Kerry!

Today we are in for a treat as we set off on a sensational one hundred mile drive around some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes along the Atlantic coast. Watch the scenery roll by as we journey through pretty villages, market towns and past historical sights. Our journey returns through the famed Molls Gap, stunning Ladies’ View and Killarney National Park. It is here that you may choose to join our cruise on Lough Leane or maybe take a ride on one of the famous horse drawn ‘jaunting cars’?

Day 4: A day at leisure in Killarneyy

We have a free day to relax in tour hotel or venture out to explore this charming resort. Alternatively you may choose to join our optional town tour?

Day 5: The Dingle Peninsula

We head westwards to call in at Slea Head, from where we get a dramatic view out towards the rugged Blasket Islands, known as the ‘next parish to America’. Then it’s off to explore the Dingle Peninsula, where the beautiful coastline and landscapes were used in the epic film, ‘Ryan’s Daughter’. On our scenic journey we will pass ancient sites, early Christian dwellings as well as the picturesque harbour town of Dingle.

Day 6: Killarney to Dublin via Adare

Our holiday is drawing to a close as it is time to leave Killarney, but we journey first past the Glanaruddery and Mullaghareirk Mountains to call into pretty Adare. This picture-postcard village is dotted with charming traditional thatched cottages and is a delight to explore. We now relax as we head back across the Counties of Limerick, Tipperary and Kildare to reach Dublin, where we stay tonight at the Green Issle hotel on the city outskirts. Relax and enjoy the leisure facilities or venture out if you wish to explore Dublin at your leisure

Day 7: From Dublin back to home

Unfortunately our tour has come to an end as it is time to join our coach for the final journey home, taking the ferry back across to Holyhead.

Holiday Itinerary - By Air

Day 1: Home to Dublin

Fly from your local airport to Dublin where you will be met and transferred to the Ardmore Hotel, where the rest of the day is free at leisure, before this evening’s arrival of our tour coach and driver. We enjoy evening entertainment tonight as well as a complimentary glass of wine or beer with dinner.

Days 2-6: As per by coach itinerary

Day 7: From Dublin back to home

After a wonderful holiday, it is time to make our way back to Dublin airport for our return flight home.
