Enjoy a festive Christmas holiday in Switzerland, staying in the scenic village of Hergiswil at the Seehotel Pilatus Hotel. This picture-postcard destination will serve as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding towns, famous for their scenery, and we will also celebrate the most wonderful time of year at our hotel!
En route to Hergiswil, we will travel via the charming town of Riquewihr.
We’ll then enjoy an included scenic drive to discover three of Switzerland’s most picturesque destinations - Thun, Interlaken and Brienz. Thun is located on the banks of the Aare River, with beautiful medieval architecture and a delightful town centre to discover. Meanwhile, Interlaken is situated between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, offering up spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. In Brienz, we’ll be able to admire tranquil Lake Brienz and explore this charming village.
On Christmas Eve, join us as we take a trip to Lucerne. Wander along its narrow streets, admire its medieval buildings decorated with ornate frescoes, and perhaps go shopping during our time here. On Christmas Day, we’ll have a three-course lunch and a traditional turkey dinner to look forward to, as we celebrate with like-minded holidaymakers before it comes time to return home.
