Caroline Quentin's National Parks

The Trossachs

One of the most scenic areas in Scotland, and home to the beautiful Loch Lomond, the Trossachs National Park is a wonderful place to enjoy a short break. By far the largest national park in Scotland, it stretches over 700 square miles, sitting on the boundary between the Scottish Highlands and Lowlands. The area features the best Scottish lochs, scenery, wildlife and history.

Caroline Quentin visited Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park as part of the ITV series 'Caroline Quentin's National Parks'. During her time in the Trossachs, she was joined by National Park volunteers and rangers to count bats, help to ring barn owl chicks and even took a dip in the waters of Loch Lomond.

You can explore the Trossachs National Park by coach as part of any of the holidays listed below. Alternatively, see more holidays to Loch Lomond or see other destinations that are As Seen On Screen.
