Must See: Alsace Region

Situated on France’s eastern border and on the west bank of the Upper Rhine, adjacent to Germany and Switzerland, the Alsace region boasts miles and miles of rolling hills and picturesque villages as far as the eye can see.

The region is also very popular for its many churches, castles and, of course, its vineyards. As part of your cruise you will visit Strasbourg, the region’s capital, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where we have time to explore the gorgeous timber houses and explore the narrow cobblestone lanes.
