Rospo Water ShuttleEnjoy the complimentary water shuttle transfers across the lake from your hotel to Bellagio each day.

 

Known as the 'Pearl of the Lake', the beautiful village of Bellagio has traditional stone lanes lined with interesting shops, cafes and gelato bars. You'll find lots to see and do here, with many picturesque gardens and ancient buildings to admire.

Holiday Details

Day 1: Depart UK
Dover to Calais, then travel southwards through the night.
Day 2: Arrive Lake Como
Continuing south through stunning Alpine scenery, into Italy and onto the shores of Lake Como for a mid-morning arrival at the Hotel Britannia Excelsior. (B,D)
Days 3-7: Cadenabbia
A chance to relax and enjoy the wonderful lakeside setting of Cadenabbia including our excursion programme on this relaxing All Inclusive holiday. (B,L,D)
Day 8: Depart Cadenabbia
We leave Cadenabbia late afternoon to travel back northwards through the night and into France. (B,D)
Day 9: France to UK
Calais, Dover, then home. (B)

cheap all inc break

The drivers were very professional and worked well as a team.Paul was very knowledgeable not only about Italy but France and Switzerland too and his commentaries really made the outings enjoyable. The hotel was clean and the room and ensuite small but ok.The food plentiful,not always hot.The packed lunches lacked imagination and the rolls were often stale.The downstairs bar where all inc drinks were served lacked any ambience,entertainment,man on an organ..awful...average age group on the hol 65

Just returned from

We have just returned from our holiday. LOVED IT!Hotel stunning looks 5 star. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. On arrival, offered a room upgrade for 30 euros and were given a deluxe balcony and lake view room right at the front of the hotel with stunning views across the lake. Well worth the 30 euros. Food fabulous, free drinks included, Our drivers Darryl and Dave - absolutely superb, the best. This was our first Shearings holiday and it won't be the last. Highly recommened.

 just got back from como what a fantastic holiday. hotel spot on staff brilliant, food good. didnt book a lake view but got one anyway.dont miss the railway trip, its well worth the extra money, milan not up to much but it was pouring with rain when we went, so that spoiled it. shearings drivers have very good knowledge of the area and a good sense of fun. would go back again.

last year

We went to lake como before renovations were finished, but what great staff and hotel this was. The shearings reps and mostly the drivers were brilliant. I have been with shearings at least 4 times a year and loved every holiday we have had with them hope to have a lot more. Please try Saloo as well - that is fantastic.
