. We would do a return tour, except in cooler weather.

Overnight coach ride--not good. Drivers Mark and Marchin professional. Evening meal should include free water or tea, etc. Toilet stops too short. Aug. too hot. Hotel and staff excellent.Price of tour great. Breakfast food got boring after 6 days. Evening food not too bad. We are from America and we would recommend it to our friends

great location, but need to be fully mobile

great area, trips were great with loads of information given by the drivers. The hotel only has 2 small lifts which hold 3 people each and would not fit a wheelchair into, so anyone with mobility problems would find it difficult to get to the dinning room in the basement. There was plenty of food at each meal, but dinner took 2 hours to serve and after 3 days we all felt like eating out as choice was not very exciting. There is no entertainment in the hotel at night so unless you just want a quiet drink you would have to go out.The is a local bus to take you down to the town, but need to plan in advance if you want to go on it.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely holiday. The hotel was very good. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The evening meals were mostly good. Could possibly do with a bit more choice for the main course.Plenty of shops to look round. We enjoyed all the excursions and the drivers were great. Especially enjoyed the trips to Cortona, Assissi and Florence.Even travelling through the night was better than I thought it would be. I managed to sleep okay. Plenty of stops to stretch our legs.

Chianchino a lovely location, good for exploring the cities of Rome and Florence.

This is a holiday that offers great value for money. The hotel is clean, comfortable and offers generally good food and service in a lovely location.Chianchino a pretty town in the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Two great days out in Rome and Florence, but of course you do need to be aware it will take more than one day to see the cities properly. (Sorry there was no time to visit the Sistine Chapel). The coach drivers were excellent, both friendly and capable and had a good knowledge of the area. Early morning drive through Switzerland wonderful! The only concern I had was with the long overnight journeys, I (and others) found this very uncomfortable with very little leg room! However still did not alter a great holiday in a lovely location.

very enjoyable visit

overall good, wish there had been evening entertainment inhotel or nearby within Chianciano.observed that on excursions some of coach party were latereturning to pick-up point or separated, would be possiblefor all party members have mobile phone number for one orboth drivers to contact on such situations.
