You get the opportunity to explore Koblenz and Cochem before we make our way to some of the lesser-known Moselle villages including Traben-Trarbach, Bernkastel and Alken. The beauty of the Moselle and the hospitality of the MV Virginia – the trip of a lifetime!

Must See: Cochem & Moselle Wines
Situated in an area of natural beauty in the Moselle River Valley, Cochem is a traditional German town in an exceptionally scenic riverside location, overlooked by the dramatic castle.

This pretty town appears untouched by time and boasts many beautiful buildings and quaint winding streets, as well as a lovely town square, lined with half-timbered houses.

Cochem is also the centre of the Moselle wine trade and is fondly known for its regional wines, due to the presence of the many vineyards and small family-run wineries in the nearby towns along the river . It’s easy to see why this is a popular spot for visitors.
