Admire the architecture of Würzburg and Koblenz, explore medieval Karlstadt, see where the Tauber meets the Main in Wertheim, sample the beer brewed in Miltenberg, visit Rüdesheim in the Rhine Gorge and bustling Cologne and Düsseldorf. You’ll be inspired by the stunning scenery, fascinating history and elegant surroundings.

Holiday Details

Wednesday: Embark in Würzburg
Time to relax on board or explore this beautiful city including an optional tour to the impressive Residenz.
Thursday: Würzburg to Karlstadt
We cruise today for Karlstadt. Be sure to look inside the beautiful medieval church as the interior has gone through a stunning restoration.
Friday: Karlstadt to Wertheim
After a leisurely morning, we arrive in Wertheim. Here you will find one of the finest examples of gothic-style chapels in Germany, the Kilianskapelle.
Saturday: Wertheim to Miltenberg
Another treat today as we arrive in Miltenberg in the afternoon. Admire the stunning setting under a steep, forested hill capped by a castle. The town is still enclosed within walls and gate towers.
Sunday: Miltenberg to Rüdesheim
Enjoy a day of gentle cruising and exploring the elegant MPS Da Vinci. Treat yourself to a relaxing sauna or settle in to a good book in the comfortable lounge. We arrive in Rüdesheim just before dinner.
Monday: Rüdesheim to Koblenz
Explore Rüdesheim in the morning, perhaps taking in an optional tour exploring the Loreley Valley. Late in the afternoon, we cruise for Koblenz. Rüdesheim is an important city in Germany's wine-growing region and wine houses are not hard to find.
Tuesday: Koblenz - Cologne - Düsseldorf
As we head north, we'll visit two of Germany's most vibrant cities, Cologne and Düsseldorf. In Cologne you could take a tour of the Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most famous landmarks in Germany. During dinner we'll sail to Düsseldorf.
Wednesday: Disembark in Düsseldorf
Time to bid a fond farewell to the MPS Da Vinci and the beautiful Loreley Valley.
