Holiday Details

Sunday: Embark in Brussels
Welcome aboard the MPS Rotterdam. Settle in to your cabin and relax or explore beautiful Brussels. Must-sees include the Grand Place and Manneken Pis whose wardrobe consists of more than 800 costumes.
Monday: Brussels to Antwerp
Culture and art abound in Antwerp, the home of Pieter Paul Rubens and the world famous Diamond Quarter. The labyrinth of streets in the old town is the perfect place to wander about and enjoy the many cafés.
Tuesday: Antwerp to Heusden
We depart Antwerp early in the morning and make our way to Heusden. Nestling in the typical Dutch landscape of canals and dykes, just a short drive from the traditional windmills of Kinderdijk.
Wednesday: Heusden to Venlo
Today we experience Floriade. The World Horticultural Exposition has been held in the Netherlands every ten years since 1960, and is the spectacular theatre of nature are waiting to welcome us. Set in a stunning 66 hectare park in Venlo, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore the magnificent creations and the themed worlds of Floriade 2012.
Thursday: Venlo to Nijmegen
Visit the oldest city in the Netherlands, which celebrated its 2000th birthday in 2005! Nijmegen is also known for its pubs and claims more pubs per square foot than any other town in the Netherlands.
Friday: Nijmegen to Amsterdam
Today you’ll enjoy a visit to Keukenhof, the largest flower garden in the world with over seven million bulbs of all types. There is no better way to celebrate spring as the vibrant colours, variety and beautiful landscaping will be a highlight of your cruise.
Saturday: Disembark in Amsterdam
We say goodbye to the MPS Rotterdam and the beautiful gardens of Holland, a truly wonderful springtime cruise.
