About The Savoy Hotel

The Savoy Hotel is a prime example of Victorian architecture. It is one of the closest hotels in Bournemouth to both beach and town centre, and stands in extensive grounds on the town’s fashionable West Cliff, and provides a scenic and relaxing location for leisure travellers. Inside, the hotel is has been sympathetically decorated and maintained.

Bournemouth boasts over two thousand acres of parks and gardens. With an excellent climate, the town nestles in chalk cliffs, sheltered by the Purbeck Hills. Stroll around stylish boutiques in elegant Victorian arcades, or roll your trousers up and enjoy miles of golden sandy beaches.

The 106 rooms at the Savoy Hotel are elegant and comfortable, in keeping with the historic character of the building itself. They are spread over six floors, and make the perfect place to unwind after a hard day’s walking or sightseeing.

Recently refurbished, The Savoy Hotel has a large bar and lounge area, which means you will always find a quiet spot if you want one. Our gardens are lovely for a stroll both Summer and Winter and offer sea views. Our gardens make a great sun trap and have a Swimming Pool and Croquet Lawn.

Eating

The hotel restaurant serves an excellent range of modern and traditional cuisine. The refurbishment has given us a wonderful restaurant with garden views. We also have a terrace which is perfect for sitting outside in the Summer. We like to change our menus to give you variety. Below is a sample menu to wet your appetite.

The nightlife is so good and varied, with a wide choice of pubs, bars and restaurants within minutes walk of the hotel, you’ll be spoilt for choice. For trips out and about, the New Forest is very popular, our guests love the place.
