Full day: Manx Electric and Mountain Railways: We enjoy a journey on the Manx Electric Railway, which boasts the world’s oldest regularly operating electric tram cars, still operating with Victorian and Edwardian rolling stock. We disembark at Laxey, then join the Snaefell Mountain Railway for a scenic journey to the summit before continuing on our trip to Ramsey.

Full day: IOM Steam Railway and South Coast: Today we join the Isle of Man Steam Railway for a breathtaking ride to pretty Port Erin, where we explore the interesting Port Erin Steam Museum. On then we go, to enjoy stunning views of Cregneash before returning through Port St Mary and Castletown.

Holiday Details

Days 1 to 4: We head to Heysham for your sailing to Douglas, and then on to your hotel.

Full day: Enjoying a journey on the Manx Electric Railway to Laxey, home of the world’s largest water wheel. We join the Snaefell Mountain Railway for a glorious scenic journey to the summit before continuing on to Ramsey.

Full day: Today we join the Isle of Man Steam Railway for a breathtaking ride to Port Erin, where we explore the Port Erin Steam Museum. On then to enjoy stunning views Creagneash before returning through Port St Mary and Castletown.

Day 5: Travel home via Heysham.
