This is a re-furbished hotel of superior Shearings quality, when booking, if required specify SHOWER. St Mawes is on a peninsular and to get anywhere on a coach takes 30/45 minutes of the same road each time .Pedestrians or cars can use one of two ferries. The food is of good fresh quality with an alternative menu for which you can pay extra, less an allowance, if you cannot find meals to suit. Warmth was a problem due to poor weather in early May, solved by the manager switching on the heat.
