Sean and Sheila from Halifax. we both had a really great time, s Staff really helpful, waitress Katie could not do enough for us. Coach driver John really knowledgeable, trips out brilliant especially Flambards, and the cider farm. I must mention Caroline what a great job she did, Also the bar staff who all did a great job. My Husband and I spent a lovely 5 day -4 night break at the Beresford. Clean room but does need updating (quilts would be better than blankets) also instructions on how to use the showers, we met people who were having trouble on getting the showers to work. Reception Staff, Bar staff, Waiters and Waitresses very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, (thanks Jenna) Food was very good no complaints. Day Trips excellent -thanks Lawrence- Yes, we would go again - excellent value :-)

I've just spent a lovely 5 days at the Beresford. The hotel is just great and the waitress was brilliant. Nothing was any trouble for the staff, which was great. The entertainment was very entertaining. Well done to Caroline for this. The trips were great. Looking forward to booking my next trip to the Beresford again. Also, big thanks to our coach driver Chris for entertaining us so well whilst out and about on our journeys and always puts his passengers first. See you all soon.

The hotel was brilliant .the service was first class nothing was too much for them .We had a lovely waitress called Anja she was brilliant always smiling and so polite. Food was good and the entertainment out of this world .loved the holiday a brilliant hotel. A lovely coach driver to. Defiantly going back.

My husband and I spent a lovely 5 days here. Clean room and good food. We met lovely people. (Cheryl and Fred Cross.) Trips out by coach with Driver Darren who was very considerate, and not too over the top! Have been to this hotel once before and will again.

Excellent time hotel brilliant in every way rooms very clean. Good entertainment area with plenty of quite space. Many many thanks to the chef who provided such excellent meals with a good menu variation hope he get the recognition he deserves he made our holiday, well done we will be back.

Very good holiday hotel clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly nothing too much trouble. Only thing that blighted it was the inconsiderate people having the TV on until 1.00pm in the morning then moving about the room from 4.00am onwards and door banging. We were on the 2nd floor. We will go to this Hotel again but would ask for a 3rd floor room.

Our first holiday to Newquay and to the Beresford the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful food very good. Will certainly go on a Shearings holiday again.

Had a fantastic time at the Beresford! A last minute decider to have break. Excellent value for money, clean, excellent food, staff were especially good. Brilliant service, all the staff very friendly and willing to help. Keep up the good work! We will definitely be back! A big thank you to all!

Having been to Newquay before with another company, decided to try Shearings as they had a good offer on! Very impressed with hotel, the staff were brilliant, and food and service were A1. Our room was great, and overall the holiday was excellent value. Hope to return soon.

Had a great time at the Beresford Hotel, very central to all amenities, excellent staff at the hotel, and the food was pretty good. Went on 2 excursions and well worth the long journey down. Would definitely recommend this resort to everyone.

Went for a break and that’s what we got. Definitely recommend it we could not find a fault with the holiday or the hotel. Shearings where very helpful bus driver very good. Will definitely go back.
