If your hotel break is cancelled we’ll rearrange your break at a date to suit you or give you your money back – and that’s a guarantee!

If you can’t get to your hotel due to bad weather you can transfer your booking to another date with absolutely no admin charges.

If you take out Bay Hotels great value travel insurance, breakdown cover from Green Flag is included in the price. Should your car get stuck or break down on your way to your hotel or during your holiday, Green Flag will send someone to rescue you and recover your car.

Terms and Conditions

If you are unable to get to your hotel due to adverse weather, we will transfer your booking to an alternative break of the same duration at any chosen Bay hotel completely free of charge. If the new break is more expensive you will only have to pay the difference in cost. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.

If your hotel has been closed due to adverse weather we will re-book you for an alternative break of the same duration at any chosen Bay hotel free of charge or give you a full refund on your holiday.
